Actually I think he refers to a hub entry. If this is what you mean then you should go to Publish Games on the BYOND site and create a new hub entry. Most of it is pretty self-explanatory.

If you're asking how to create a hub entry, that's a different question, but uploading is something you have to do with whatever Web host you've lined up. That is, you need somebody who will host the file for you. Once you've done that, put the address to the file in your hub entry and it will then be a downloadable game. Lummox JR |
If you mean your own website, you should consult help from your webhost rather than posting it in Developer How-to.
Usually you'll have to make an FTP connection to the site. You can do this with programs like Filezilla. You should have the login information from your webhost.
Other webhosts like to rid of FTP and restrict you solely to a web-based method. In that case, just logging in and going to your "File Manager" (or whatever it's called) will work.
If you want to upload your game to your pager, then I'm 'fraid this is impossible to do: the BYOND Pager(TM) only accepts text messages. (Though you might be able to get away with copy/pasting the entire contents of your .dmb/.rsc, I don't think it'll be in a usable format by the time the message gets to the other side.)
