Is it ok to use BYOND in game title?

I wanted to know if it was OK for me to use the word BYOND in my game title.

Byond Blah
Byond Forever
Forever Byond
etc

Doesn't make it "ok", but I do see a number of games with Byond in the title. :)

It's 'ok' to use it. No one cares about the ones out there. It's not like Tom is going to go get a newspaper and roll it up to smack you on the nose with...

Whenever I see BYOND in the title of a game, I tend to start judging it. Before playing the game, I get the notion that it's unoriginal or shoddily crafted. Same thing with games with "Online" in them (even though some of the best games on BYOND have "Online" in the name)

Maybe this is just me... I don't know. Just voicing my opinion.
