Multi screens

I want the user to see two places at once. Is there an easy or if not than hard way to do this?

I want both centers to be able to move about. i.e. split screening. I've already considered that it's possible to swap between diffrent views, but I'm not sure if I can make the user have two maps at once. Any ideas?

The link works for me, there's just no download for it. If the link would have answered my own question then I wouldn't have even posted the question. The link just helps describe the problem
