I just need to know how to insert an image and put it on my game and if your gona give me a link to the DM guide plz tell me what page its on cause thats all i need :\

You need to read the guide.
The 'Windows For Beginners' guide.

Like...navigate to the DME dir and create a new folder? (zomg!!!)

You'll have to manually navigate to your game's folder and create it. Just how you would normally make a new folder.
