Not even sure if im in the right topic... But...
Is there any place where I can get RIP icons for like DBZ games and all that stuff??

A few things.
1 - NEVER ask for ripped icons.
2 - Using ripped icons gets you a bad rep.
3 - You are in the right forum, I think.

I dont know where to learn...

And exactly if there was a place that did could you tell me...?

PS: Its really just mobs I need help with how to amke them move and stuff...

Oh come on! Just do a simple Google search. There are dozens of tutorials for pixel art online

Well I want to learn myself...

Cause I want to be an iconer and I just need to get good at mobs...
