BYOND has no say in what people make with the software, nor can it police developers utilizing leaked and/or widely distributed source code. We also have absolutely no way to tell who made what game originally, or if someone happens to have the rights to republish said games. This just isn't possible (nor is it in anyone's best interest to waste more time as we've done in the past trying to combat "rips").
