Go to your inventory, right click the item that you want to sell (It has to have a value or it wont sell, it will just get rid of it), then press get rid, and click yes.
Selling Sup Crystals you will get 3k for each sell

You can make Supreme Synthesis Crystals with Golden Dust and Purple Herbs which are find outside the tutorial area.
