how do i make a reboot verb and make it where it adds the new information that was just added to the source files without having to close down the game and then re-start it up?

If the game is hosted from the same folder that the code is being worked on, in. Than you should be able to(if you're hosting yourself) just reboot the game and whatever you added should be there. In some cases you will have to shut down the world to compile the game however, whilst you're hosting the .rsc file is 'locked up'.
