You're question doesn't make sense because if you created your own program, you essentially have ownership of it. You need to be more specific.

The context of your question makes it seem that you have acquired a game's source and want to claim ownership of it by giving yourself admin or GM powers. You won't get any respect from developers on these forums, nor will you find any people to help you with claiming ownership of something that doesn't belong to you.

My friend made this Code and gave up on it half way so i have to finsh the rest he put no Admin or nothing thats y i need to know

If what your friend had made was worth anything, he would've finished it himself. Delete the thing, read the guide, make your own game.
