Big Text Boxes?

Okay heres what i need to know how to do;

There are several kinda of text boxes right? well i know how to make the small ones (the single lined ones) i need to know how to make the bigger ones that you can press enter and it'll move down a line, you know what i mean?

I really need help with this.
