im trying to do something with NPC but its says rsc file is locked up help

Alright, first off this belongs in Code problems wouldnt it?
And secound off please do us a favor and give us a code so we can fix it!

It's nothing to do with what he programmed (except maybe adding in a new sound/image/icon file).

RSCs are locked up when in use... so to get rid of that error, close all instances of the game you are programming
