hi i want to make a log-in screen for my game

i want the begining to have a pop up and say whats ur name'

then iwant it to direct the player to the screen where u choose ur skin colour hair and clan then i want it to go into the game can someone plz help me iv been trying for 2 days i cant get anywhere with it any help plz ppl
