Well the thing ghostanime told me didn't do **** so is there like any 24/7 hosting companies I can have host my game for free or for a LOW Price?

No. 24/7 game bandwidth is too much for any companies to offer for free. BYOND-exclusive servers are the cheapest you would be able to find, like digitalBYOND or a server hosted by web-savvy community members such as Tiberath or Crashed.

Get your own server or ask around to see if any of your friends would do it.

If you have a linksys wrt54g wireless router an have dsl you need to bridge your router an modem because of the PPPoE connection issues with the 45g an dsl modems.

Once you do that you set your computer to a static ip then use the port fwding to your static ip to setup the ports for your game. :) Now if you were a router nerd you know everything I just told you.

*makes it simple* Turn on your dmz for your network ip... : )
