See I want this to be dense when over water do that players can not use it as a bridge. and I don't want it dense on land cause then players can trap other players. How can I do this?
I don't understand what you're trying to accomplish, explain more clearly.

Well, I don't understand your reasoning. You can't use a nondense object as a "bridge" to get into a dense turf unless you actually code that in.

I suppose the way I'd do it is to change the turf entered proc.
