Please can someone tech me how to make good(great) Icons or give me links to show me how to, its for my game and I need some help I already know how to code pretty good.

Oh right, that must be why they don't have art classes in schools and colleges... oh wait, they do.
You can't pick up a pencil (or mouse) and be any better at drawing than you can pick up a keyboard and be any good at DM without bothering to learn a thing or two first.
