about the background

how do i put the game's Title to my background and the title has some stuff like flames

where do i get those kind of picture/Title?

You make it with Paint, Photoshop, PSP etc.

Uhm. They use Photoshop or PSP, and mostly they're talented in computer arts.

If you want Photoshop or PSP, be prepared to blow a couple hundred on it, since I'm probably not allowed to talk about another way of getting it.

Once you have that though - Good-Tutorials - That's a nice place I can remember for art tutorials.
