Run Verb/Macro

Hi, I don't actually have problems with any current code, I just need someone to teach me/show me how to make a macro that calls a verb that increases your speed by 2. I'm sure it's really obvious, but I'm not all that bright, so I need some help.

        speed = 10

mob/verb/Run_For_Your_LifeSavers // :) To start
    speed = 100//Sets this objects speed var to 100
mob/verb/Stop_Running // :P To stop
    usr.speed-=src.speed//Don't get the speed anymore

    usr.speed *= 2
    
mob/verb/Stop_Running()
    usr.speed = usr.mspeed

That wont work because it should be Run_For_Your_LifeSavers()
and Stop_Running()
