I've never heard of the spc sound format.
Also, you can just get an audio converter, like Audacity or something. But I dunno if it supports spc since I've never heard of it. |

I've only heard of the .Spc format for audio rips from Super Nintendo roms.

For the OP? No, you can't play spc files in Windows. Find a program that lets you convert it to .wav files, then convert them to .ogg files. |
Only alternative left is to host a ShoutCAST server and route players to that through the game.
