go to new and make a new interface file. Then go to macros and select "new macro list" Then give it a macro ID name and type in the verbs and the keys you will be using at the bottem. Once this is finished you go to windows and make a new window to your liking. At the top on the bar you will see a button that sayd "edit" Click on it and find something that says "Macro ID" in the options tab and type in what ever you named your macro ID. Once this is done, you finish the window and the macros should bo in the game.
