You do not convert images to HTML code. HTML code helps reference to the image! ( Stop living in Russia ;] <-- Simpsons-related joke :| )

If you upload to photobucket it gives you the HTML. (Heck, it gives you board [BB] code and a few other things as well :P) So if you don't have any HTML experiance I would advise just doing that.

Just in case if most of you failed to realize (in other words, didn't know), I believe that img tags, as well as other tags are suppressed.

The hubs that you see with images, I believe, use CSS than just html img tags

Tags are suppressed, but only the potentially harmful ones.
The <IMG> tag isn't.
Same is for basically anywhere on the BYOND site, I believe.
