there is not program, it is code.

You need to check the item when adding it to the inventory, if its Owner var matches the guild name, then allow, if not reject it.

Now Ive explained it, I will let you figure how to code.

if you're on about other games, then that game may not allow you to create guild items.

Ask the owner of the game. You usually can't just create any object with anything in it out of nowhere. If all you want to do is change its variables that's possible, but if you want to add verbs to it, not possible unless it's coded in the game's programming.

If you're some average kid wishing he had some object that exists in the game and is obtainable, but don't know where to get it, ask the people in the game.
