What do you mean it looks unfunctional? It's not an OS it's a windows XP theme.

I honestly dont remember where I got it sorry. I went on Google and looked up Windows XP themes or something.

It looks like it would not work very well. Too much extra space taken, bad contrast on a lot of the colors, and generally not ergonomic.

http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/23885673/ on the other hand is very functional. Clean and small, leaving only what is needed while still looking nice.

I mostly mean the theme. But my Winamp skin is much more streamlined. It has just as much, if not more function than yours, but it also takes less space and the button layout is a bit more conventional. I just think that your desktop loops pretty but it wouldn't work nearly as well as it looks.
