How to make a user set-able macro system

Well i am making a game and i need to make a system so that you could macro a verb by clicking it, sort of like built in macro system. if anyone could help me it would be much apreaciated <----(i dont know how to spell that word)

This is not something you can do. I suggest designing your game in a way that doesn't require players to create macros to get around poor design.

ok thanks but it isnt desghned that way its so you can drag and drop macro a jutsu so whe you press say 3 it does the jutsu thst you set as thats why i need
