ok i have went through the DM guide alot and i am havin the same issues my new skills will not show up and me sword is always released anyone willin to walk me through step by step cause this is given me a migrane

How about explaining it in terms so that anyone, such as myself, can understand the concepts without watching Bleach since not everyone knows/watches what you know/do.

That is like saying:

I want a doll in a shape of a person with hair and eyes. What you may get is something you may not have wanted... ex: you wanted a life-size doll with brown hair and blue eyes but you got a small doll with lack hair and eyes... because you did not specified what you wanted.

So I will state my question in another way:
Explain to me, step by step, detail being very important, on how you want this attack to work.

As I mentioned before, I never watched Bleach and what you have recently mentioned does nothing to help me have information to help you with your problem.

ok sorry about that havin issues focusing atm any ways im trying to code in a projectile attack that only shows up when u transform your sword and when u revert it the tech vanishes i already have the icon in its just the prob with the coding of the skill

1. Coding these 'bleach skills' is no problem at all.
2. Most of the coders around here probably don't watch Bleach, therefore they can't POSSIBLY help you unless you explain what it is.
3. Tell me in a DETAILED DESCRIPTION, what the HELL it is that you want?
4. Bleach isn't all that good.

Show_Verbs()
  src.verbs += typesof(/Secret/verb)  //  Adds all /verb's under the parent /Secret

Remove_Verbs()
  src.verbs -= typesof(/Secret/verb) // Removes those verbs
