Poll: Which Planet would you prefer to be added?

I need to add another planet due to the new skills, npcs, and features to be added. I was choosing between a destroyed Planet Vegeta which gives off an ominous/dark atmospere or the New Planet Vegeta which gives a more homely atmosphere. The Planet chosen will determine looks, but they will have the same npcs and features.
