Skins And Reboots.

Heres is how my skin looks normally...

Notice after the reboot a few buttons that are under "Commands" Dissapear, why is this? And how do i fix it? Thanks. :P.

Wow, wth is up with that? Lol! By the way dude! I love the on screen chat you got. Did you use a demo or self made? If it was a demo, lemme see! xD. I made somthing like that but.. Every like 10 lines it glitched idk why. xD.
