Didnt know where to put this

Everytime I try to downlaod these files on this page:

It says that I need to subscribe. So when I push the subscribe link in my pager it just takes me back to that same page so what do I do?

Subscriptions (excluding BYOND Members/BYONDscape [previously]) was scraped quite a long time ago.

They were planning to put it back in but I guess the plan is on the back burner (or h/e the saying goes)
