Code:
Problem description:
I didn't place the code because I am not sure where the problem even is. When I am testing my game live and people were playing they said they were getting bug messages and I wasnt getting them, I didn't know what was going on until I made multiple connections to my game.
On one character I was getting bug messages that files weren't in the rsc and monsters werem't showing up and even some graphics like stairs in towns were invisible but on the other character I could see everything and got no bug messages.
Does anybody have any idea why something like this is happening?

Try doing a clean compile (Build > Clean Compile) then using the new dmb and rsc to host.

I do a clean compile every time I compile, the stuff is definatly in the rsc file or it wouldnt show up at all. The strange part is it shows up for one player and not another sometimes, even if they are both my players and its completely random. Its as if dream seeker is unable to read it. Is there some kind of a limit to how much data DS can store at once?

This is almost definitely a corrupt rsc file issue. Either you're neglecting to overwrite the old rsc file with the new one when you update, or your computer is failing to do so. I had the same issue with Chatters, until I figured out the rsc file was out of date. You can manually delete the rsc file and paste the new version in to be sure it's up to date with your dmb.

Thats not the problem, I made sure the rsc was up to date. I ran into those kind of problems in 2005 and have been careful not to since. That also wouldnt explain how when I testing my game with multiple characters in multiple dream seeker windows, one of them load everything properly and one of them will not. An example of this is not loading the monsters icon on one and loading it on the other.
