Help with WhiteLighter Charges

I'm making a charmed game. And i need help. I was wondering, anyone got a code for a charge system for white lighters.

Just some advice, you don't just ask for a code and even if you do it is not likely that anyone would just hand it over. You should try and code your own "charge system" then if you would need any help with it I am sure people would gladly help you.

Also, put in detail what your charge system is supposed to do. Then someone will go about on how to start you out on your system.
