One of the first things you need to know when making your own games, or any project for that matter, is how to ask the right questions and, when possible, get answers for yourself. The first step, therefore, is to check out the help references that are available and listed on the developers site, including the DM Guide and DM Reference, plus any tutorials.

If a particular aspect of those is giving you trouble, we're here to help, but you can do yourself a world of good by asking good questions. You posted your question in the wrong forum--it's clearly a how-to question, not a feature suggestion or something that would have belonged in BYOND Features--which means you really didn't look around long enough before posting. Your question was also way too vague for anyone to offer specific help beyond "Go read the DM Guide." Chances are that's exactly the answer you needed anyway, but if it's not, you need to narrow it down a bit. It looks like you were just asking a general "How do I get started?" type of question.

The important thing is to take your time and communicate as clearly as possible, because not only will that get you better information, but it's also the very first step in designing your actual program. If you can describe a problem well enough for others to understand it, chances are you can describe it to the computer too.

1) What did you make?
2) What can't you get running? What does "running" mean in this sense?
3) What is the "URL" you're referring to?
4) What steps did you try?
5) What error messages did you get, if any?
