How do i host on dial up? i have an ethernet cord running from my pc to my mas,so i can use the internet, so im using it through hers, is that why?

You probably have some kind of firewall or router in the way of your incoming connections -- if you don't have access to the firewall or router you're pretty much out of luck. Hosting on dial-up isn't a good idea anyways, nobody will be able to play and enjoy it.
