Its minimized by size and delays but cant seem to figure out a way to check for it that any body have any ideas how.

The best you can do is take multiple stabs at it and hope it works -- generally multiple speaking actions within the same second are garbage, words lacking vowels are garbage, the list goes on. You'll never programmatically catch every idiot, though, and that's why we still coerce people into moderating our games for little to no compensation.
