How does a game get into the BYOND anime section

I want to know how do you get a game into the BYOND anime section or any other section for that matter.

(This is from the past): Usually if you are a member of the guild, you just need to go to the hub and there should be something akin to submitting it to a guild.

Note that some guilds, such as BYOND Anime, have specific rules in order for you to submit a game, so be sure to read that. Some guilds may disable everyone but a few people the ability to submit the games, which in that case, make a post in the appropriate forum of that guild.
