Can people point in the right direction of various tutorials on how to create a (in the title) for an Bleach SOC rip(i know its a rip, thats why im asking for help) i want something that will take into account of levels and kills and moderate the people on that and it takes captain away even when they've logged off and levels take priority over kills and for me and bigbrovaz to enable and disable people becoming captain in case we think they are undeserving and NEED TO BE PUNISHED MUHAHAHA ^^ XP :P :D Thank you much appreciated.
