Having spent a ton of time on my entry, Nostalgia, I decided I might as well submit what I had... test verbs and all. Good luck to the judges as they try and figure out what 'd' and 'c' do.

All of Nostalgia's systems are in place. In terms of programming, there's basically nothing but bug testing and tweaking left. So, what's missing? Everything else. Though Nostalgia currently supports loading and progressing through many levels, there currently are no levels to load or play. Though any sort of monster can now be put into the game, there are no monsters (items, furniture, etc.) currently in the game.

The judges get my test area. 5 rooms, three pieces of furniture (one of them has a prize inside, but don't tell them!), and 1 NPC to talk to. If they're feeling adventurous, they can also use the 'd' verb to release an enemy unit, Johny Marblepicker, who will chase the player around the board using industry standard A* pathfinding, but refuses to attack. The player can attack him with one of the test weapons, but their strength has all been set to zero.

Basically, I'm not in this to win anything. Nostalgia needs me to work on levels, monsters, and items, and that's what I'll be doing this week. I just felt that I should submit something, seeing as how I had put a great deal of time into the contest.
