RscExtractor?

What is the 'but' for? Even if it is legal, it is not a good idea. This is pretty obvious.

People can rip graphics and sound by prt scr or recording the sound their computer plays but that doesn't mean we should leave our doors wide open to theives.

A BYOND rsc extractor has nothing to do with the PS2.

That's some good two year thread resurrection right there.

But anyway, an RSC extractor will not generate host files or anything to allow you to host the game. All it will do is extract game resources (sounds, icons etc). Which means you have all the tools to successfully create someone elses game, but that's about it.
