Using gif. pics

You know how people upload a picture for the login screen?

Well I wanted to know if it was possible to have a gif. pic on the login screen...you know pictures that have movement.
I've seen only one game with something like it I think...but anyway, I just want to know is that possible?

It's completely possible, yes. But I highly recommend converting your graphics into DMI format, it'll let you have higher quality graphics with states and animations.

Ok, thank you for the help ^.^. Do they explain all of this in the DM guide, and if it does, under where would I find it?
