Standalone program?? You mean a BYOND version that didn't require no installation and you can store it on a flash drive and such? If so, yes, and there still is.


If you mean the standalone to make the games, I don't really know the progress with that, things keep getting changed. One moment, it will be a fee, then it will be a fee or they will work with you, then they will just work with you if they see your game as "capable" practically, and as for now, I don't know what the progress is.
