Reporting Information to a Central 'hub'

Is there any way that you can submit custom text strings to a certain area on the web that can be easily access. For example, a hidden hub or an uploaded text document.

I really need help with this, since I haven't read up much/experimented with the Export()/Import() procs.

That's exactly what you'll need, namely Export().

I get how to get the information from a file. But how do you edit the file to add in the custom text that you'd like to add to the file?
