I think Lexiconomy or whatever it was always did this.
Is there a way to have text (the text that appears from usr << and world << and etc.) be a link, but not a link to a site or HTML, but instead it makes something in the game (like a proc or verb) happen when it's clicked?
For example, having a poll show up in the output text window and having people able to click certain text to vote?
I'm not good at explaining, by the way ;_;.

Did it cross your mind to use the forum search? Like a majority of the questions, this has been asked about a lot. Basically you need to use the Topic() proc.

Yeah, but I wasn't sure what to search for. I just tried searching "link" cuz I didn't know what else to put in and didn't find the answer that way :3.
Anyways, thanks, you guys. Ever since I joined in 2002, people ALWAYS ALWAYS mentioned "Topic" and I had no idea what it meant and never looked it up. Now I see why it's always mentioned... So yeah, thanks :3. |

Alas, now I have run into a problem as my topic functions conflict with the topic functions in a libary.
But since it's a code problem, I posted it in the code problems forum. http://www.byond.com/developer/forum/?id=699350 So yeah. =( |
