How can i use a picture that i made from paint be used as a minimap

So anyone knows how i should code this in using a self-made minimap?

Program it in as an obj or turf if you want to put it on one of your map files. Otherwise, just upload it as an element's image.

ya i kno that i mean for like setting the users location on the minimap
