The first steps of being a pixel artist

I honestly have no skill in the pixel art, but can any one tell me how i could start? I honestly have no idea on how to icon, i want to learn, but I am not very good. So wheres a good place for some one like me to start, and also any advice?

You should go to the Pixel Art Society for that topic (look in the Developers menu at the top of this page).

that`s not very basic, but i guess it will have to do, they need to make pixel art for dummies >.<

Yea obviously, but some one who sucks at stick figures is not going to be easy.
