An area individualized for each player

How would i say (this is an example) make a room that belonged to each player, but only have 1 room. and say they could drop their items on the floor of that room. How would they individually NOT have the othr people in there room. Here is a pic for a desc:

Using a library like LummoxJR's SwapMaps is going to be your best bet.

Yerp! Dynamically creating the area as new people need it, then if the numbers start to get too big you can start saving & unloading the unused rooms. If you wanna be really efficient you can just start unloading the rooms as soon as they are no longer in use.
