How to make yourself a GM from host files

Bartlett123	Hey just wondering how exactly can i make myself a GM from the host files just downloaded, I can't remember how to use much of this programme as i haven't used it in a couple of years.

Leur	You don't, unless the owner programs you in as a GM. -Or you use a tool which I am not going to tell you how to use, or even what it is. It's the owners game, I'm sure they wouldn't want it to be tampered with. :3
