Creating an arrow only visible to you over an enemy?

How would you create an arrow that is only visible to you over an enemy that you click on, Similar to the way it is in Naruto GOA ?

Alright, I've got that set but it doesn't explain how to remove the arrow afterward? Any help?

Either set the location to null to the image reference (recommended) or remove it from the client.images
