Odd Question: Multiplayer Early On

I've just started learning how to code and I wanted my friends to be able to log in and check out what I've done so far. Is there a simple way to make it so that a friend or two can simply spawn into the game with me just to mess around? I've been trying as is and it won't allow them to join, I assume it's due to lack of code for it. haha I just figure this would be better than sending them all the game folder ever time I make a change.

Yes...although a simple forum search could have found you this info. ;)



  • Go to http://portfoward.com
  • Follow the instructions for your router to foward a port (or if you can't, have a friend do it)
  • On your pager go to file-dream seeker
  • Enter the required information
  • Go into your program in dream maker
  • Package the files as a hostable world
  • Go back in dream seeker and open up the .dmb file, then hit Go to host the world
  • Join your game and send invites through the pager, or send the link to the world (ex. byond://75.87.6.33:1111)

    I've been searching a while. I guess I was just searching for the wrong thing. lol
