Interface Lock Up

I was going through LummoxJR tutorial on interfaces and I was trying to incorporate it into the game I am creating. But when I run the game I can not resize the window or click on anything. I was thinking that the problem was that i have code that generates a stat panel. Any incite on this issue would be greatly appreciated. (and my apologies if this was the wrong place for this post)

If you cannot resize a window that'd mean the window resize option is disabled.(I guess?)

ok... lets say that is it... is that the default for interfaces is to prevent resizing of the window? and how do i change it?

No, it's not default. If you wish to change it you can open the window from the skin editor, right click on the window and edit the window(Not controls), change tab to options and it's right beside "Can:"
