Is there, or are there going to be any other ways to sign up for Membership, without a Credit Card, or Paypal? I'd like to sign up, but my mother refuses to use her Credit Card for anything except Amazon.com, and I don't have a Paypal account.

Yes as the homepage of the member's website says, they accept cheques posted by mail and money orders.

In addition to what Death said, you can use BYONDimes too, if you happen to have enough. =P
