Whenever I try to bring up the "Options and Messages" window, while successful brings up a popup with the title "dreamseeker" and it says "Failed to launch help."
Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:
1.Join a game.
2.Press F1 to bring up "Options and Messages"
The message now should be popped up.

Not applicable.
Expected Results:
No dialog to appear besides the Options and Messages screen.
Actual Results:
The stupid popup saying "Failed to launch help." appears as well as the screen I wanted.

This doesn't occur in build 506.1244, the one that was compiled using the other compiler, but does happen in the "mfc120" version.
Workarounds:Use the other version that's not the "mfc120"
