I can't run BYOND on my linux-based netbook because one of the DLLs is 404ing from Microsoft.
Namely, the mfc42 DLL. Any help or ideas?

It sounds as if you're downloading the Windows version of BYOND on your Linux machine. You're going to want to download the Linux-specific version of BYOND instead (which, keep in mind is only for hosting games; you cannot play games on the Linux version).

I'm looking to play on the linux machine, actually. Following the main tutorial here doesn't work because of the 404 on Microsoft's end. :/
